The action «Restoration of shrines of Belarus» will take place at more than 20 objects of the Grodno region

In the Year of National Unity, the joint interfaith project was called «Restoration of the shrines of Belarus. We are united by history and faith». Volunteer detachments of the «Good Heart» will hold labor actions on the improvement of religious sites.
«From March 22 to March 31, more than 20 events are planned in the Grodno region. For example, the Grodno youth will focus on the church in honor of the Venerable Martyr Athanasius of Brest in the Zaritsa microdistrict of the regional center. Volunteers of secondary school no.2 Slonim will improve the territory of the Transfiguration Cathedral. Students of the Elkovskaya Secondary School will ennoble the Holy Spring near the agricultural town of Synkovichi in the Zelvensky district», the BRSM said.
The Republican charity event «Restoration of the Shrines of Belarus» has been held by the BRSM since 2013 to educate the younger generation on spiritual and moral values based on the traditions of the Belarusian people. Since 2016, the campaign has become interfaith.
